Friends of EBMC are the heart of this community. Your monthly generosity is what keeps our doors open to everyone. "The Dharma Well" is our thank you: talks and guided meditations from our teachers, gathered in one place, yours whenever you need them.

The Dharma Well is a collection of dharma talks and guided practices from East Bay Meditation Center in Oakland, California, offered as a thank-you to Friends of EBMC — the sangha members who sustain the center through monthly giving. You'll find talks and conversations from benefit events and daylongs, alongside shorter guided practices to return to whenever you need them. New recordings are added regularly. EBMC offers its programs with no set registration fees, sustained by the practice of dana. These teachings were given freely. They're gathered here as a gift in return. This is a private feed for the Friends of EBMC. To become a Friend, visit eastbaymeditation.org/dharmawell
